These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Leo Apostolic mobile application (the "Application"), owned by Manuel Parraga. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Owner identification

The owner of the Application is Manuel Parraga, an individual based in Spain. For any inquiries, please contact pizcodeploy@gmail.com.

2. Purpose and description of the Application

Leo Apostolic is a Catholic devotional application designed as a permanent spiritual companion, also marking the visit of Pope Leo XIV to Madrid in June 2026. The Application offers:

3. Free of charge, monetization and social commitment

The Application is free to download and use. To sustain its development and maintenance, the Application includes:

Donation commitment: Pizco Deploy donates the net revenue generated by the Application (advertising and affiliate commissions) to a soup kitchen in the Chamberí district of Madrid dedicated to helping vulnerable people. This commitment is voluntary and unilateral; revenue is donated after deducting, where applicable, essential operating costs (app store fees, technical services and applicable taxes).

4. Minimum age and appropriate use

Use of the Application is recommended for users aged 13 and over. Minors should use it under adult supervision. The Application contains religious content from the Catholic tradition that may not be appropriate for all audiences.

You agree not to use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purposes, or any use that may harm third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The design, source code, logo, original texts, interface, and content curation of the Application are owned by Manuel Parraga and protected by Spanish and European intellectual property law.

The devotional content included (prayers, classic liturgical hymns in Latin and Spanish) belongs to the public domain of the Catholic Church. Texts of contemporary prayers and the papal agenda data come from official public sources (Vatican, Holy See) and are cited with proper attribution where applicable.

Contemporary religious songs (for example, those by Hakuna Group Music) are owned by their respective authors and publishers. The Application merely links to Spotify so you can listen to these songs legally on their platform; we do not reproduce or store their lyrics within the Application.

Trademarks, logos, and trade names that may appear (Spotify, Amazon, Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc.) are property of their respective owners.

6. Permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install the Application on compatible devices you control. The following are expressly prohibited:

7. Links to external services

The Application contains links to third-party services (Spotify, Amazon, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Holy See websites, etc.). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such services.

8. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

The Application is offered "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information (saints, agenda, places, prayers) is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or absolute accuracy. The Pope's agenda, in particular, may be subject to last-minute changes outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Spanish consumer law.

9. Changes to the Application and these Terms

We may modify the Application, its features, or these Terms at any time, in particular to fix bugs, comply with legal obligations, or improve the experience. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this document. Continued use of the Application after publication of changes implies acceptance.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to remove the Application from stores or suspend specific features without compensation, as it is a free service.

11. Personal data

Data processing related to the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile as a consumer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
