This Privacy Policy describes how Leo Apostolic processes data related to the mobile application of the same name (the "Application"). We recommend reading it carefully before using the Application.

1. Data controller

The data controller for any information related to the Application is Manuel Parraga, an individual based in Spain.

2. Data we do NOT collect directly

Leo Apostolic was designed with privacy by default. The Application does not require registration or a user account and therefore does not collect personally identifying data such as name, email, postal address, or phone number.

In particular, the Application does NOT collect or transmit to any of our own servers:

Some advertising identifiers and usage data may be collected by our advertising provider (Google AdMob) to display ads, as described in section 6.

3. Data stored locally on your device

The Application may store small preferences in your device's local storage (for example, the last tab you visited or your choice between the Latin and Spanish version of prayers). This data:

4. Local notifications

The Application may send you local notifications as reminders for the public events of Pope Leo XIV during his visit to Madrid (June 2026). These notifications:

The first time you open the Application, the operating system will ask for permission to send notifications. If you decline, the rest of the Application's features will continue working normally.

5. Third-party services and affiliate program

The Application contains links to external services. When you tap one of these links, you leave the Application and access the external service, whose privacy policy is independent and must be reviewed separately:

5.1 Amazon Associates Program

Pizco Deploy is a participant in the Amazon EU Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites and apps to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.es.

When you tap a product in the Shop section, an identifier is appended to the URL (parameter tag=pizcodeploy-21) so that Amazon can attribute the visit and any subsequent purchases. Pizco Deploy earns a commission on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.

Pizco Deploy does not receive from Amazon your name, email, address, or the specific items you have purchased: we only receive aggregated statistics (clicks, anonymous sales counts and the commissions generated).

6. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Application uses Google AdMob, owned by Google Ireland Limited, to display ads (banners and interstitials) that allow us to keep the Application free of charge. Ads do not appear on the Prayers or Hymns screens: these devotional sections remain ad-free.

To display ads, AdMob may collect and process:

On iOS devices, before any tracking takes place, we will display Apple's standard App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog so you can allow or deny tracking. If you deny it, you will see non-personalized ads.

You can read more about Google's processing in their privacy policy and the information for advertising partners.

You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier from your device's Settings (on iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Tracking; on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

7. Children's data

The Application is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent, guardian, or legal representative and believe a minor in your care has provided us with information, please contact us at pizcodeploy@gmail.com.

8. Your rights

Although the Application does not collect personal data, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 grant you the following rights:

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at pizcodeploy@gmail.com.

9. Data retention

Since we do not collect personal data on our own servers, no data is stored for any period. Preferences saved locally on your device are kept until you uninstall the Application.

10. International transfers

The Application does not perform international transfers of personal data. The third-party services mentioned in section 5 may do so under their own policies, which are outside our control.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Application or applicable law. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this document. We recommend reviewing the policy periodically.

12. Contact
